This week's edition of Thursday Think Tank is continuing our series that takes a look at the Signing Professionals Workgroup, Code of Conduct, aka: The Notary Signing Agent Code of Professional Responsibility.

Guiding Principle #7 states:

 1.      Fees 

The Notary Signing Agent will follow all contractual obligations in charging and collecting fees for services rendered
